JW Paris kicked off You’ve Got Me with deep-hitting bass, pounding drumming, and grungy guitars, setting the mood for the expressive catchy vocal melody. It escalates with a smooth progression into a heavy, engaging chorus that instantly grabs the listeners’ attention, I believe this would create some amazing singing-along moments when played live. The guitar-only opening of the second verse created a subtle change in sound and helped shake the song’s dynamics, showing off their cool hooking guitar tone. JW Paris managed to create an interesting structure with twists and turns that kept the flow going, and irresistible hooks that had me playing You’ve Got Me over and over again.
