The music video for GLYTSH’s latest song “VHS” is a must-see…it’s full of character with amazing heavy riffing and soaring screaming vocals…and there’s an easter egg in the end of the video..the experience is full here.
GLYTSH is French singer Jennifer Diehl and Swiss guitarist Claire Genoud…a killer duo, killer talent and a highly energetic presence can be felt whenever you hear them play…and in the music video it is even more evident, it’s a must-see.
They received much airplay on major radio stations including BBC Radio 1 and BBC Introducing among many others…and their youtube videos garnered thousands of views and a substantial following.
“VHS” or vulgar holy Spirit can be described as heavy alternative rock with brilliant screaming vocals and heavy guitar riffs…the drums are huge and impactful.
It starts out with a drum intro with an amazing beat, catching your ear instantly, it is really good…the guitar riffs are insanely heavy and extremely catchy…the hugeness of the guitar sound is also something to behold…
…while that is happening, the drums are explosive…heavy, and hard-hitting…yet, there are times where the drums are melodic too…it’s just awesome.
The vocals have an incredible range and versatility….from smooth, to gritty to soaring screams…and everything in between…
Whenever the vocals need to be melodic, it does with a clean mesmerizing voice…
…and other times it just goes into full overdrive mode…
The experience of “VHS” and its music video is definitely something to behold…it is a highly enjoyable song with solid lyrics, excellent music and huge monstrous talents behind all of this production…
Highly recommended experience..and not just “VHS”, but you gotta go check out GLYTSH’s music.
To GLYTSH, we wish you all the best in the world, you’re awesome, brilliant and deserve the best….can’t wait to see what you come up with next.
Cheers!
