LearningToDive, the New Zealand-based artist released his new single “Trust In Me”, a very huge sounding trip hop ballad with some genre-bending angles…he fused all the elements to his advantage with this one…
Bravo Bonez, the brain, soul and heart behind LearningToDive crafted “Trust In Me” with his more serious side, other than his usual upbeat energy…LearningToDive is actually the serious side, the world problem discussing side…and that’s why his lyrics are deeper and insightful.
“Trust In Me” has many elements melded in its creative process…you can hear some guitar riffs…you’ll feel the drums and percussive elements…you’ll experience huge soundbeds of synth, strings and pads…
The vocals have many layers to it also…sometimes it’s more subtle, but other times you’ll hear the vocals wide and huge…other times the vocals will be leveraged as a melodic instrument, or a choir…the creativity here is endless and changes as the song progresses…the song keeps on evolving…
It was written and composed by Bravo Bonez. Co-produced by Greg Haver (Manic Street Preachers, Mel C) and Bravo Bonez, engineered and mixed by Clint Murphy (Enter Shikari, 50 Cent). Features additional vocals by Alba Rose and drums by Greg Haver. Released on the PureSound label. Recorded at PureSound Studios in New Zealand. Mastered by Ryan Smith at Sterling Sound, Nashville, USA.
The amount of energy, creativity and effort that went into the making of “Trust In Me” can be felt across the whole production, it’s huge, it’s a mountain of a song…
“Trust In Me” last 2 words are “Humanity…Humility”…and with just these 2 words we can learn a lot…we need to think more about these 2 words that make us up, it should be our guide in the dark, our bright star in the night sky…
LearningToDive…we were mesmerized, we wish you all the best in the world, you deserve it.
Can’t wait to hear what you have next for us to experience.
Cheers!
