Winger is an American band. It has a good multiplicity of delivering hard rock, progressive, glam and heavy metal through their music. The band was one of the well-known hard rock/heavy metal bands during 80 and 90s. Some say that they lost their fame because of the clash between them and Metallica when in ‘Nothing Else Matters’ video; Lars Ulrich throws a dart on a poster of Kip Winger.
