The Canadian hard rock group started as a solo project by Michael Ursini (Singer/Songwriter/Rhythm Guitar) has morphed into Uforia, a talented four-piece hard rock band that has released three EPs since and four singles in 2012. Their music mainly influenced by Billy Talent, Incubus, Finger Eleven, and Our Lady Peace, among others, the group also consists of Richie Nguyen (Lead Guitar), Daniel Salij (Bass), and Dylan Piercey (Drums).
‘Start Me Up Again’ is like you’re getting back to the late 80s/early 90s pure hard rock soul! When you listen to the song you kinda feel it’s a great mix of iconic acts like Guns N’ Roses, Def Leppard, and Bon Jovi, along with the modern sound of Foo Fighters. The track starts with Steve Molella catchy guitar riffs with powerful vocals of Michael Ursini which he commented: “This song was made with one purpose. To have as much fun as humanly possible. Just try not to hurt yourself as I did headbanging!.” When you get deeper into the track you can observe the band tightness and originality although they’re hard rock era revivals. Feel the vibes below and start banging!
