A few days ago American instrumental post-rock band Coastlands released a new music video called “Lay Waste.” Coastlands’ music is based on a fusion of Alternative music and Post Rock with adding Epic musical style.
The music starts with an Epic Rock style, the music takes the form of famous symphonic intros performed by harmonious Guitars and Bass sounds. The music video is tackling a sensitive issue about how man faces his fears and how he suffers and fights to escape away from his fears and beats them. So, the video is full of harsh scenes of breaking stones harshly, blood, escaping, and darkened coloured images.
There is a glimpse of hope when the protagonist of the music video succeeds in escaping away from the cave and meets the daylight. Between tunes of fighting and glimpses of emotional riffs of hope, the riffs of the track engage the tragedy of human fight and conflicts.
