Concetta Abbate is a talented American violinist, composer, and singer. She is introducing Folk music with post-classical touches. The New York-based artist released a new track entitled “Creatures”, it is taken from her upcoming album “Mirror Touch.”
“Creatures” is a magical and dreamy track. The track starts with the fusion of classical violin tunes with acoustic sounds. The music is like the music of fairytales and nocturnal stuff. The performance of the vocals is catchy and calm and it is suitable for the style of the music. Towards the middle of the track. The sounds of the violin take more epic and dramatic forms until it ends with calm fading out with impressive vocalization. In general, the track is beautiful but I wish Abbate could add more instruments like Cello, Keys, or Harmonica to enhance the dreamy mood she aims to create.
