From the hearts of Colombia emerges musician, songwriter and producer Diedrich Donald Weiss, known by his musical name “Red Bird Rising” released his new single “My Revolution” featuring artists from Colombia, Argentina, United States & Ukraine Such as Taras Kuznetsov – Vocalist, Ana Pshokina – Bass, Mariano Cukierman– Guitar & Synths, and Fernando Moreno on Drums.
“My Revolution” begins with a bombing siren sound demonstrating the Ukrainian war that is followed by drumming and vague synths just before the guitars dive in and play mellow palm-muted power chords in a smooth vibe that catches the attention of your ears for the emotions put into melodies and cello’s that inspire the blackness within the track that automatically forces you into sympathy and support for the Ukrainian side.
The lyrics are also very touching and realistic as it’s written in a manner that transcribes the status of Ukrainians, and how their lives have changed since the war has begun.
The call for peace is immense and a must all artists should huddle up in favor of every spot on this planet. “My Revolution” isn’t an exclusive art for the Ukrainian war, also the Palestinian war and for every gun that is being held and pointed in the face of another human being, for this we must revolute and stand for the rights of humans.
“My Revolution” is Red Bird Rising’s global invitation to peace that all human beings should unite for.
