London-based grunge band “JW Paris” are releasing their new single “Leave It Alone” and dropping it along with a music video too. JW Paris are further establishing their presence and solidifying their place in the music scene.
Getting a lot of buzz by having their songs played on BBC 1 Radio, BBC Introducing, Radio X, Absolute Radio and others…they’re making waves with their music and people are liking it.
…now, with “Leave It Alone” and the music video, they aim to raise the bar, not just musically, but visually too…
These amazing musicians are…Daniel Collins (vocals, guitar), Gemma Clark (drums) and Aaron Forde.
Their song is a ball of unleashed grunge energy and once you get into it, you’ll witness the emotional explosion they have crafted for all audiences to experience…and it’s one of those songs that will get the emotions out of you.
From the very first seconds of the music video…the visuals strike you and the music sucks you in, both of these elements keep holding hands throughout the whole experience of “Leave It Alone”…
The music is edgy and takes you into a place of energetic darker emotional energy…
The bass lines are very melodic, tough and full of character…
The vocals are stage worthy and have a lot of instantly memorable lines and melodies…
The drums are an amazing locomotive for the energy spectrum, taking us from lows to highs…
The guitar work here is many things, backbone, riffing, sound effects, fills…
The 3 piece band were able to build a huge sound, bigger than the sum of their parts…” Leave It Alone” is a mountainous-sounding song, a Godzilla of sound and energy towering in the music scene.
Along with the awesome musical experience comes the music video…which is artistically shot in black and white and filled with meaningful shots and transitions that really conveys the emotions and the awesomeness of the music…
The intro shot is of the guitar, might I add a Tele, so I’m in love already…and it sounds beautiful…and while the riffing is playing, the visual effects plays some tricks on your mind and instantly you are sucked into this colorless world, but filled to the brim with emotionally charged music and lyrical performance.
An absolute hit, JW Paris’ “Leave It Alone” is a highly recommended grungy experience for everyone…we can’t wait to see what they have next for the world.
JW Paris, we wish you all the best, you deserve it…and a lot more.
Cheers!
