MuddiBrooke had my full attention right from Cellar‘s heavy groovy intro riff. They have a dense sound that’s full of distortion and FAT BASS, that’s when partnered with their relentless playing style and powerfully expressive vocals created an extremely energetic, hard-hitting flow of melodies and shifts that’ll leave you digging deeper into their catalog for more. MuddiBrooke‘s intense groove kept on pushing their sound forward towards a bigger one, fusing sludge, stoner, grunge, and alternative elements producing a dynamic well-arranged solid structure with balanced twists and turns without compromising their direction.
MuddiBrooke‘s writing skills and musicianship shine brightly through Cellar‘s structure and progression, they managed to use all their elements cleverly, mixing jazzy enjoyable drum lines with strong vocals and intense riffing with fuzzy raw guitar tone in an unstoppable, catchy mix that satisfies all heavy music enthusiasts like myself. I’ll be looking forward to more from MuddiBrooke, keep on rocking guys. Cheers!
