Aptly referring to themselves as cosmic rock trio, Aliens Don’t Ring Doorbells is a band that’s based in the Bahamas and in Spain, and this latest release of theirs is the third single in support of an upcoming studio album. Are You Crazy is a piece of heartfelt pop rock released just short of May’s Mental Awareness Month. Frontman Adam King says this about the importance of talking openly about mental health: “Mental illness is often misunderstood, people can be quick to dismiss it as something that’s ‘all-in-your-head’”, highlighting an issue that faces a lot of us today.
The powerful, cheerful energy of Are You Crazy is gratifying and refreshing, in the midst of the ocean of sad music around us.
