Hailing from Bristol, UK! After the success of her band Pixi Encore, Naomi Rush released his debut single, Anima! To give us a hint about an upcoming rockstar!
After her success with her friends’ at the university and forming the band, they were able to support international acts on stage including Bad Touch, The Guitar Gangsters, Last Great Dreamers, and Massive among others. Naomi Rush is now facing her remarkable solo project which has great rock/metal elements. “Anima” is a melodic metal song with great elements added including progressive, pop, rock, and mixed with metal core to deliver such an iconic output.
Naomi and producer Matt collaborated on Anima during the pandemic, exploring themes of the ego and emotional fatigue. The music reflects the darkness and lightness of human emotions with heavy guitars for heaviness and softer elements for magic and lightness. it’s pretty nice to mention that I love songs that mainly talk about the human experience more than any other lyrical topics “I’m now ready to make my solo debut as an artist and navigate the human experience with the songs I write, I want to connect with as many people as possible and understand what it means to be human.” – Naomi Rush.
I find it difficult to pinpoint any drawbacks in the track. The captivating emotive vocals, precise guitar riffs, and harmonious melodic blend were what drew me to the track. Undoubtedly, the mixing and mastering of “Anima” plays a pivotal role in shaping it into a potential melodic metal hit in 2024.
I am truly impressed by Naomi Rush’s ability to blend her passion for anime and diverse music genres, resulting in a distinctive storytelling lyricism showcased in her debut single “Anima.” She encourages others to join in celebrating this significant milestone in her artistic voyage. I am eagerly anticipating the release of her debut album. Cheers!
