When Mountains Speak is the brainchild of Steven Clarkson and it sounds like he’s one of those bold artists who still dares to try and does whatever feels comfortable and this shows clearly on his new improvisational piece “An Offering”
“An Offering” is a journey of sounds, it is a psychedelic, drony piece with some stoner doom touches. There’s a mix of sounds and instruments that carries you throughout those 8:55 where sometimes it’s a bit industrial, sometimes it’s pure psychedelic and sometimes oriental. It keeps flowing and changing and I’m amazed by how all these sounds and influences were mixed together smoothly.
It is worth checking out, close your eyes and let your mind sink into it!
