If you think you are the only one overthinking and expecting each and every bad scenario you need to reconsider, I believe this is one of the most common mistakes that we all do, and with it being that common, HADEE decided to write his debut single “4 AM” about it. Released on the 22nd of April, 2022, “4 AM” highlights the need to let go of your negative thoughts or as HADEE describes it “I find that too many give in to overthinking rather than embracing spontaneity. Life presents itself as endless crossroads. Knowing when to go is what you have to decide. If you take too long, you might just miss your ride.”
“4 AM” starts with a fading in fluid melody that turns into the song’s main melody that takes us to the verse. I like how the song revolves around the vocal melody and harmonies which is pretty simple yet memorable and effective. The guitar melodies sound fresh and bright, they flow smoothly throughout the song and in between the lyrics providing them with the positive mood that gave them life.
“4 AM” is a positive tune that’ll make you feel better, its message is loud and translated clearly in lyrics and music. HADEE’s mixed influences are there and topped by his modern touch, making this his own. Looking forward for more, cheers!
